The day finally arrived! Jackson's been asking for a month to go trick or treating, so he finally got his wish yesterday. and it was a BLAST!

He started the night before, with the trying on of his costumes and running around the house 'trick-or-treating' with his little bag... either in the Fireman costume, or one of his two, one-size-too-small Superman costumes . They are both highwaters on him, so on the real night, he wore the one without shoes attached (since that superman costume makes him look like he has more feet sticking out of his KNEES...awesome!) I'll be adding photos here...you can see our Super-happy little Superman, in tow with his friends---Batman and Robin!

It was great, and they flew from door to door saying Trick or Treat! at one point some kids were handing out the candy, and Jackson looked at the girl after and said "Ok, now You go get your bag!" (in other words, you need to go get some candy too!!)

Fun night with friends, family and candy...and surprisingly he was asleep by 8:15pm...ahh....

When Jackson caught a glimpse of Adelaide's umbilical cord this week, he said...

"Is that garbage??"

So now he mentions her 'garbage' every so often...

He did the same thing at our neighbors' house the other day, when matt took him down there to see if his friend could play. The dad answered the door and they chatted for a minute, when Jackson paused, stepped inside, sniffed the air, and said " Smells like garbage!" She was cooking dinner....

Apparently anything can be garbage!! it's a catch-all word!!!

I got to enjoy a sweet time on the recliner with both Adelaide and Jackson the first night home...he was all cuddly with us, which was nice because we'd missed each other over the weekend while we were in the hospital!

So Jackson hopped up and was sitting there, and observing Adelaide drinking her milk... then he looked at me and said "I want milk!" He hopped down, walked around and got on the other side of the seat next to me....sat down in the seat, pulled out my arm and bent it so my elbow stuck out. Then, it happened. He tried to get milk out of my ELBOW. My mom and I died laughing and he looked up and told us....

"It's empty!"

That's right, it sure is.

He thinks milk comes out of all sorts of things now....he thinks he has some in his belly button, too .
